Coach Eric has created a few extremely efficient exercise and mobility programs for me to target my specific goals. From injury rehabilitation to weight loss and physique building, Eric is extremely knowledgeable and can tailor the perfect training regimen and keep me motivated. I have seen great results and can attest for his dedication and passion for health and fitness.
I highly recommend his services to my loved ones! -

(May 3, 2019, 1:21 pm)Ce fut un plaisir d'accueillir Eric Séguin à notre école secondaire dans le cadre du cours de conditionnement physique pour filles. Son atelier sur le soulevé de terre était adapté au niveau des élèves, divisé en étapes logiques et fut accessible à tous, peu importe leurs habiletés.ou leurs connaissances dans ce domaine. Les élèves ont eu l'occasion d'essayer une activité physique différente et qui pourrait paraître intimidante pour certains. Je recommande davantage cet atelier en raison du professionnalisme et de la passion démontrés par l'entraîneur et du fait qu'il est offert en français.
