  We have purchased 2 pools from Campbell pools. Nothing but good experiences, the staff was amazing and very helpful. They stand behind there product and they are very honourable. My first pool collapsed over winter and Campbell pools was very helpful with making sure we got our new pool set up before summer started, the owner was fantastic and very helpful. If you are thinking about purchansing a pool We highly recommend Campbell’s.

  This is the first year we have dealt with Campbell since Mermaid moved further away from us. So far the staff has been very helpful and I find all the pricing to be better than Mermaid and competitive with online prices.

  Very friendly staff, willing to help you, and solve your swimming pool problems, please don't waste your time with other pool stores in Ottawa where service and phones are not answered. Campbell is my swimming happy home store, where I wish, their was more of them. Keep up the excellent work.
