  Alain provided me and my family impeccable service during a hot market. He made sure we didn’t overpay for our home and did not pressure us at all. We were able to tell that he was sincere right off the bat.
  He used his experience and to price the property and negotiate on our behalf. We put our trust in the right person, so should you.

  Alain was a shining star in the entire selling process. It was our first time selling-experience in Ottawa and we didn't know much about the paperwork, procedure, etc; nevertheless, we felt very secured as Alain gave us great advices with professionalism and high knowledge of the market. I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Alain was just incredible and we are very happy with the results. Thank you deeply!

  Alain is very knowledgeable and worked very hard to help us buy our new house. He's always easy to reach and he also sold our previous house faster than we expected. Highly recommended!

  Alain helped me find what I call my Home, and I cant thank him enough! He did a fantastic job of finding out what I wanted, was most helpful in the hunt for a home, was super fast booking the viewings and very flexible about showing it to me after hours and on weekends. He had a great sense for the value of houses and a kind way of steering me in a wise direction. He is very respectful, courteous and professional. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend him.

  I would like to thank you for helping me and my family purchase a house in Forestglad. Since we are new to Canada and do not know the different areas in Ottawa yet, we did not know how to start our search for a new house. We were not aware of the good neighborhoods that would be close to my work and my brothers University.
  
  However, you took into account all the needs and wants we requested. You showed us so many different houses with the exact qualifications we were looking for. You were patient enough to take us to several houses until we found THE ONE!
  You were very transparent with us from the start, on which house would be best for our family and did not hide any essential detail about any house we liked.
  
  Therefore, allow me to thank you one more time for your efforts in finding us our new home! We love it and we loved working with you. I would defiantly recommend my family members and friends to work with you when they decide to buy a new house.
