  The staff are personable and the service is very good. There is a great selection of trailers on hand and the pricing was the best that we found in Ottawa. We will continue to deal with these folks.

  Went here to get a part for my camper had to wait nearly 15 mins for the parts fella to get off the phone. Because the other rv dealer did not have the part i needed i was kinda forced to go here. I was i a pinch did not enjoying waiting. However what ever i have no need to comment further

  To be honest I just started working here and everyone is great to be around. They are very serious about what they sell when it comes to customer care.

  Very typical RV dealership. I was buying parts for my aging pop-up. So this review is related to my experiences with the parts department.
  
  Like all RV dealers parts all come with the full retail markup, but if you need parts in a pinch there's no way around it. This place has the more extensive selection of parts in stock than its neighbouring dealer. The young lady working the parts counter was very pleasant and helped me find what I needed very quickly (and they had it in stock, which was a problem elsewhere) on my last trip.
  
  The customer parking area is a bit of a cluster to navigate as service and rental and sales seem to fill the area with trailers. As there are no defined lines, just do your best to park where it seems reasonable.
  
  If you have the time and don't need a part right away you might do better to check out US online retailers. I know may of you are currently protesting my dumba** president's trade policies and I don't blame you; but I think I paid a third (including the exchange rate) of what everyone was quoting me in the Ottawa area for new tires for my trailer and for better tires.

  'nice people' as opposed to friendly staff and they are experienced with what they do. We have always had good experiences there. Costs are reasonable service is very good and we will do business there again for sure
