I was not disappointed, for months I had been dealing with a painful right shoulder. Bursitis, injuries and eventually arthritis had caused me to be having limited movement, bordering on frozen shoulder. He was very honest with me, explained it would be a long process, but with therapy and doing the prescribed stretches and exercises it is much improved.
