I came across a very friendly sale rep driving a red Hilti pick-up and he was genuinely motivated to help. He told me to go at the Ottawa store and they would be aple to help. I did just that and was impress by the store. Of course they are more focus on the business to business but when you see great customer service on a very small scale sale it show the level of dedication they commit to... very impress
