(May 28, 2020, 4:03 pm)They have helped me for many times. The first time was in the winter when the furnace broke, they applied for free parts for me and fixed it immediately. They installed the ventilation system when I was worried about the indoor air pollution. It was summer this time, the air conditioner didn't work. They responded in time and arranged the technician to visit although it was found to be the problem of my operation. What touched me most was that they came back to refund part of the maintenance fee because they were honest enough to tell me that they charged was more than they deserved. They are more ethical and skilled than most. Thank you for your service to our community. You will get better and better.
