  I ended up with a smashed bumper and fender and went to several places for quotes. Dr Bumper not only had the best price (half of what the place my insurance likes would have charged) not only were they the quickly quote (hours vs days) but they were really the only ones who took a very serious look at the damage and talked about what other problems there might be but also how they might be able to make repairs and save me some money. They came very, very close to matching the original paint of my car which outraged them because it wasn't near perfect, which a second trip (which I had to make anyway) achieved.
  
  While they might not be as formal as the repair places that insurance companies like they more than make up for it in price and customer service. I hope I never have any bumper issues again but if I do I'm going straight to them.

  I had a crack in my bumper, I called drbumper the evening before and they were so quick to help me. Took my car in the next day and replaced my entire bumper as well as fixed the inner liner, they had this done by the time I was done work the following day. Not only were they speedy, their prices are unbeatable and the service was impeccable. Joe and Ray did a fantastic job and my bumper looks amazing! 5 star service!!

  5 stars all the way across the board!
  They are, in fact: FAST. FRIENDLY. And sure as **** AFFORDABLE!!
  I had a great experience there. They are so professional and courteous while you wait.
  
  RAY was wonderful with his pristine work on my bumper and mirror replacement. Matched my paint exact. I had asked a favour to install my washer fluid reservoire, he had NO problem at all doing this extra task for me. Joseph was very pleasant as well dealing with him. They are all so nice and I would recommend them to everyone!! I will be going back for a couple other things I need done. They are MY NEW DOCS. ????????‍♀️

  Perfect experience from start to finish! Knowledgeable, friendly and very well priced compared to other quotes. They go out of their way to ensure quality work. Would recommend to anyone!

  Both Joe & Ray provided me with the most EXCEPTIONAL service and treated my car with meticulous care! My car has a very unique color and the color matching was challenging, but they took the time and matched it PERFECTLY! LOVED the car detailing too! Will definitely go back to them and will recommend Dr. Bumper to anyone who needs prompt, reliable and affordable bumper work done. Very professional and clean shop too! Thank you!!!
