  My mom was a resident there for over 20 years and recently passed. She loved living at Belcourt and both she and I could not have been happier with the staff, accommodations and activities for the residents. It allowed my mom to live in a happy, caring and respectful environment. Many seniors are lonely. With the amount, and variety, of activities my mom soon had a more active social life then I did! After my mom passed the staff could not have been more helpful. In particular Marie Noel, Elaine, Wendy and Michael. I would strongly recommend Belcourt without hesitation.

  My mother spent the last 20+ years living at Belcourt Manor and spending countless hours interacting with the staff and participating in the many activities. Never once did I hear a disparaging word about staff or facilities and upon her passing the care and assistance the family received was above and beyond the call of duty. Any family member can rest assured their loved ones are in good hands

  Chartwell Orléans offers engaging activities for the residents. Families are always welcome with open arms, making it a true home for our loved ones. Every staff member has a positive disposition , creating a joyful and warm environment.

  My Mother has been a resident at Chartwell Belcourt since June 2016. The exceptional staff, care, and residents are above and beyond what I could have ever imagined! Mom was made welcome and cared for the moment she walked in the front door. Thank you !

  My mother has been living at Chartwell Belcourt since early 2013 and has always received excellent personalized care there. No matter which department they work in, the staff is always reliable, helpful and friendly, the residence is clean and well-maintained, the food is good and plentiful. The nursing care has consistently been amazing and quick to respond to emergency situations, which helps to relieve our worries about our 94-year old mother. Most importantly, Mom says she is very happy living at Chartwell Belcourt, and hopes to never have to move elsewhere.
