(April 16, 2021, 6:55 pm)Braden Foundation fixed our garage foundation which was in a bad state with a fair bit of structural damage due to settling. When we realized the ‘footing’ was essentially a below-grade dry stack limestone rock wall from 1944, we needed to change the scope. Braden consulted the engineer, we agreed on a revised plan (and cost) and they painstakingly underpinned the garage right to bedrock (in one corner 5-6’ below grade). The guys were extremely hard working and would happily recommend them.

The foreman, Ryan, kept in touch with us from the estimate through to several months afterwards to make sure we were happy. The price was kept to, despite obstacles that the crew uncovered in the excavation. After years of dampness in our basement there's not a hint of it now. Thanks for your excellent work. I fully recommend Braden Foundation.

When Ryan came to assess our problem, I knew immediately that we were in good hands. From Ryan to the whole crew, everyone was professional, respectful and friendly. Very hard working crew, safe and careful. High quality work. They finished in a timely fashion and left our property clean. We are confident that our baement will now remain dry.
