Came to this pharmacy when I moved to Orleans as my wife has been a customer for years. Love it, excellent advice, always quick service, definitely the advantages of a smaller, more personal business.

Prompt, friendly, and professional service for the many years I have been with this Pharmacy. I cannot imagine any reason I would want to deal with any other Pharmacy. The attention to detail and provision of information on side effects and/or possible interactions is a part of the service I truly appreciate. The one thing I would like to see is an acknowledgement of receipt of email renewal requests. This I believe could be automated so as not to require the attention of staff that could involve a lot of extra time.
The best pharmacy I have ever been to, hands down. Three different times I had trouble with either allergies, drug reactions or billing issues with insurance. The delightful folk at Beausejour went out of their way to help me every single time, it was the best customer service I've ever had, and not just from one employee but all three of them. Though it's not as close to my house, they are my pharmacy of choice as they are such great people, and epitomize why smaller family businesses can be so good. They do get to know their customers and treat us all, whether it's our first or tenth time there, with kindness, consideration, professionalism and compassion. I've dealt with so many different pharmacies over the years, Shoppers, Rexall, Loblaws etc, none have ever come close to the level of service I've had here at Beausejour. Thanks ?
