He has a calm demeanour, and his approach to sales and determining which plan is best for you, is his goal. He easily surpasses many other wireless reps I've dealt with over the years and is a true brand ambadassor for Parlez Wireless and Telus Mobility.

Great experience going in to upgrade my phone! Dealt with Andrew who was super honest and easy going. No pressure to sign up and didn’t lie about what he thought was best!
The only reason I gave 4/5 is because I was the one to come up with the plan in the end as we were originally going for TELUS but chose in the end to pick Koodo.
Regardless, would suggest going here if you’re looking for an easy going experience that’s pressure and hassle free!
