I wouldn't have thought it was really that hard to tell brown gravy from the other but apparently it's impossible for the people at our Swiss Chalet/Harvey's branch. Every year they get new people in and forgot to train them, in what to me, is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the job. Which is how to tell the difference between gravy and sauce. One is red, the other is brown!

(March 17, 2019, 11:14 pm)Me and my honey came here for dinner. Great place! The Swiss Chalet sucks in my neighbourhood, everything seems to be better in Orléans! Our server was a super friendly person and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming back here sometime.

(February 22, 2019, 12:17 am)I had a lovely supper this evening at Swiss Chalet. I had a wonderful Quarter chicken dinner with dark meat and a loaded baked potato. We were served in record time and by a very pleasant and attentive waitress. I find the restaurant to be comfortable. I like the booths, and the decor is warm and comforting.
