  I have been seeing Iriny for about 3 weeks now, and I am amazed to be already seeing very positive changes in my day to day interactions. She is very comforting, kind and caring towards her patients. I was very skeptical about psychotherapy at first, but Iriny made me feel very comfortable. I'm glad I found you and I am now looking forward to the rest of the journey!

  Iriny is an excellent therapist. She has helped me practice several methods to help control my anxiety, as well as gain the confidence that I lacked in order to achieve my goals.
  
  She is caring, accepting and professional. For several years I avoided therapy because I felt that I would be uncomfortable talking to a professional about my feelings. When I first met Iriny she made me feel very comfortable. I felt she was not judging me and she truly wanted to help me. I have been seeing Iriny for over one year now and I feel that my life has improved in many ways, especially, and most important, in the way I see and feel about myself.

  The most genuine and caring person, I truly enjoy each sessions. I have been seeing Iriny for over 2 years now and have progressed a lot on many personal level thanks to her. Mental health is just as important as physical health and it's good to see someone like her on a regular basis. Would 100% recommend
