  I was introduced to Roxy just over 3 years ago, when I started working as a Coordinator for Team Diabetes. I've always been active in my younger years and then life happened and I lost myself along the way. As Coordinator I was faced with a challenged of supporting participants to sign up for a Team D event, fundraise, train and have a life all at the same time. How to better understand this, then to live it, so I decided to register for a half marathon in Lisbon Portugal in 2017 but I knew I wasnt able to do it on my own. So I called Roxy and met with her. She understood what I was asking, what I was getting myself into but she also knew who I had lost along the way because she lost it herself. July 2016, I embarked on my personal fitness journey and I never looked back. Roxy got me off the couch to not only run my first half marathon but also helped me train for my first deadlifting competition to which I came in 3rd and she has consistently pushed me to be a better version of me. I had other PT but not like her, she gets it, she makes it her priority to understand what you want to train for and achieve. She pushes you out of your comfort zone to make you realize that you can do anything. I'm so happy that I called her because I'm so much happier to have in my corner as a coach and as a friend. ????????

  Rox makes training accessible to everyone. She makes you feel comfortable from the start and really listens to your goals. She pushes you out of your comfort zone in a way that is empowering and supportive and is truly on this journey with you! She answers questions honestly and is honest when she might not be sure of an answer. As a newcomer to training, she definitely made me love it! I am so glad I decided to work with her and you should too!

  I first met Rox at an ab detonation class. She ran an amazing class there. Pushed everyone in a very friendly way. She started training out of A Foot Above.
  Let me first say that I needed surgery on my shoulder. Within a few weeks surgery was no longer necessary.
  She asked what my goal was. I said that I’m 50 years old. Lean and fit as what would like. She surpassed all my expectations. Results are fantastic. She pushed me to my limits and beyond. I would highly recommend Rox Fit to anyone looking to change their lives. Forever grateful for all that was and is being accomplished.

  I have been training with Rox for a few months now. Been really enjoying my works outs. Through my training with her i have discovered my passion for body building. As such Rox is now creating a body bulding training plan for me... she is very adaptable and easy to work it.
  
  She also listens to feedback very well and instantly changes her style when you need something else.
