  I have been going here for 8 years. Every Vet is compassionate and great they have always followed up with me in regards to our dogs progress when he was sick or after surgery. All questions I have had with medication such as flea and heartworm was answered by a vet. I have complete trust in the vets at this hospital.

  I am happy with this vet but the price to get animals spayed and neutered is so high...even regular visits and procedures are very expensive. You can get your animals fixed for a fraction of the cost at another location ran by the City in Ottawa, for the same quality of service. This is my only negative. Everything else about this vet is good. I see Dr. Ranger and he is so gentle, friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed with my pets. The location itself is very nice, new and clean. The pet shop located on site is very convenient too! I will continue bringing my animals here and would recommend to others!

  Always service with a smile. Thank you for taking the necessary time and unlimited patience to take care our dog. You guys are the best!!

  Update - had the dog (female) there to get fixed. They did an incredible job. Healing amazing the next day; while dog was in "recovery" they texted us pics of her doing well and gave us an update + a follow up phone call the next day. This place is amazing.
  
  Only been there a few times for routine things. Clearly a few clients in the waiting room who have been going there for a while. Staff does a great job handling the administration including claim forms, and definitely a one stop place with food, a pet spa and vet. Reasonable prices.

  My best friend of 13 years, Snitch, was diagnosed recently with bladder cancer, and I had to make the toughest call a dog owner can make. Without an appointment Dr. Kinch saw me, helped me through the process, and took exceptional care to assist him to pass with dignity, and with compassion. He has only been gone 10 days and I still miss him very much. I brought him here from a puppy to the end of his life, and all my dogs will be patients of this caring, kind clinic. A bit more expensive, but my best friend was worth it.
