  Not everyone on earth is a expert, and never does anything wrong, we don't live in a perfect world, some things will get us mad, but it's not the seller that is responsible, it's the manufacturer, so no point on taking our anger at local business people, who are not responsible, for items, made elsewhere, so honestly I have nothing bad to say about Mermaid Pools, I keep going back to their store now in Orleans, closer to me. Not every resident of Ontario makes a million dollar a year, some are rich, some are poor, still...we all love a swimming pool on our property, to " COOL " off when mother nature bakes us. We count on Mermaid pools, to keep our pool water crystal clear, and they are the one whom I trust that will make me happy, with their advice when it comes to swimming pool and it's equipment.

  I went to Mermaid Pools in Orleans and received exceptional quality service from Phil G. He was very courteous and interested in helping me (a first time owner) solve the water issue I was experiencing in my hot tub. I left there feeling confident that the issue would be solved quickly and it was. Thank you Phil for going above and beyond and making my life easy.

  We were at Mermaid Pools (Tenth Line) to inquire about variable speed pumps. We talked to Phil who gave us excellent service. He was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He gave us plenty of info and answered all our questions. Excellent customer service skills. We have decided to buy a variable speed pump.
