  Matt is great! . He listened to me (I complain a lot when exercising) and worked with me tailoring everything we did to make me feel comfortable and get the results I wanted. I started working with him because of two previous injuries that weren’t healing with physio. The pain is gone and I feel great about it. I now feel confident and comfortable working out on my own and I can do it all in the comfort of my own home and with no special equipment. No need for the gym!

  Matthew is simply not like the others. His focus is on you and helping reach your goals injury free. During each exercise, he tells you about its benefit, how to avoid injury. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him. His enthusiasm is contagious and his honesty refreshing. Give him a try, you won’t regret it!
