  Adriana helped me pick my glasses and did the fitting, she was nothing short of exceptional.
  
  I have a high prescription and limitations in regards to frames, and Iris has been my favourite place for years to get glasses. Great selection and great service, they always take the stress away when I'm shopping. Definitely recommend!

  My experience at Iris (Westboro Village) far exceed my first experience getting fitted for glasses at another optometrist in Ottawa. The level of customer service is exceptional. Adriana picked out a stylish, modern pair of frames to try on while I was leaning towards something more conservative. I love my progressive glasses and I get a lot of compliments. I still need some adjustment on the frames for them to fit perfectly. It's a good thing that Adriana is very patient. Glasses bought here are under warranty, which can't be said about discount optical stores. I would recommend Iris Westboro to anyone looking for quality lenses and frames, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service.
