(December 16, 2019, 5:11 pm)It's my first order and I just finished my first meal... the Greek ground beef stuffed peppers and it's ok. The ingredients are fresh but not a lot of seasoning and not even cheese on the pepper. It's keto but closer to the Whole 30 vibe, a bit blend for my tastes. Hopefully the rest is better as I ordered 12 meals but they all look similar in type.

(August 26, 2019, 10:45 pm)The gentleman that works there is very knowledgeable and hospitable. I have been looking for a place like this in Ottawa for a long time and I am glad I finally found one. Big Thanks to Meal prep Ottawa for the meals and I am def coming back for more. They also do long term plans with online ordering.
