  The Wilson Team is amazing and I can't say enough great things on how stress free our (my wife and I) interaction with them was while using the Wilson team to buy our first house. The whole team is very knowledgeable, they stay on top of all mortgage trends and kept me informed with any changes that might be coming due to Bank of Canada rule change.
  
  We contacted Kelly 3 years ago and told her that we were interested in buying a house and asked her what we needed to do and asked her what our next steps were. Kelly refereed me to her website and after filling out a small questioner she called me right back and directed me on steps we needed to take in order to buy a house in the future. She discussed options such as paying down our debt to downsizing to a smaller place (we were in a three bedroom townhouse and moved to a one bedroom apartment) and then when it was time to start searching for the right home for us, she went as far as putting me in touch with a great Real Estate Agent, Bryce Munro at Exit Reality.
  
  I still remember Kelly had called me on a Saturday afternoon and we talked for about an hour or so, this kind of service is unheard off especially from a mortgage broker and this is when we were only thinking of buying in the future.
  
  We decided to buy a house in the summer of 2018 and I spoke with Sydney Fowlis on a regular basis and she was AMAZING and very patient with us and our thousands of questions (being a first time home buyers we had A LOT of questions). She was very prompt with replying to phone calls and emails. Sydney also helped us secure a home improvement loan which they were able to make a part of our mortgage.
  
  Kelly is also the only person who told us to go with a variable mortgage and not fixed. She explained in great detail as to why variable is a better route for us and we can always change over to fixed whenever we want without a penalty.
  
  Our overall experience with the Wilson Team has truly been amazing and we would strongly recommend them to anyone! They treated us like family and they only had our best interest at heart.

  I had the pleasure of working with Kelly and the Wilson Team for my recent mortgage. Following difficulty getting a mortgage due to the type of property I wanted to buy, Kelly was recommended to me by my real estate agent. Very quickly, Kelly was able to get me a mortgage that met my needs! I am so impressed by the service I received from Kelly and her team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I recommend 100%

  Kelly and her team we're really great. It's pretty clear Kelly loves doing what she does, which includes helping you find the mortgage that best meets your needs. I got a pretty complicated mortgage agreement because I wanted some home renovation $$ added to my mortgage. Kelly and her team helped me negotiate the terms of the agreement and this amount, made sure I did what I needed to do to fulfill my part of the agreement, and liaised with the lender on my behalf way after the house sale closed.
  
  I strongly recommend you use Kelly and her team if you want trustworthy brokers who do care about your needs above all else!

  Kelly and Laurie know their stuff. We had tons (tons!) of questions and they got back to us immediately with detailed explanations. Have already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. Mortgages suck, but Kelly and Laurie made the process very easy and painless. : )

  We are thrilled to get a mortgage through the Wilson team. I know it was a struggle as we don’t have much extra much money. The professional manner along with the caring was remarkable. They stuck with it till they got the results they wanted. I can’t praise them high enough. They are truly exceptional people.
