Dr Roburn is Fantastic. He is kind, sympathetic, and quite knowledgeable. His receptionist, however, is useless. I've been waiting over a month for a return call for an appointment (to make up for another appointment that was booked that I was never informed about)
The last time I was into the office, I was running behind and called to let the office know that several hours in advance. When I got there, she lectured me for being late and told me I missed my appointment, when I said I had called and let them know I would be late, she fought with me because I had not left a message. The only reason I got into see the doctor was because he heard me yelling at her from the back and came out to see what was the matter.
I pleaded my case (she miraculously found my message while I was speaking with the Doctor) and he graciously cut his lunch short to see me. After my 10 minute exam I got to have another row with the receptionist over what was to happen with my paperwork. Which again, after yelling, the doctor came and sorted out. I'm seriously considering showing up at the office and yelling until the doctor will see me.
That being said, I hope I am the only one who has had to deal with this.

Dr. Michael Robern is one of those example doctors who you want to be treated by. I’ve gone to too many doctors before, but my appointment with Dr. Robern was different. He is a guru, nerd, geek or whatever else you can call him. Very well educated. Well read. If you were able to get an appointment with him - you are lucky.
