They have saved me many times over the years when I have been in a panic about my phone malfunctioning or when I have suffered from a loss of data. I have also had great success purchasing reliable refurbished phones from them. They always go the extra mile to find a solution that works for me. Today, the technician spent some of his valuable time to help me with a glitch on my phone and he refused to take any payment; very kind. Thank you Hi-Tech.

(December 4, 2019, 4:41 pm)Had my iPad pro screen smashed. Apple store refused to fix it and wanted to sell me a brand new iPad. These guys fixed it in one day for half the price what I would have paid for a new one. Amazing fast service. Highly recommended.
