What can I say, I've been training with this group of guys and girls for over 15 years. It's an awesome gym with high level bjj and a friendly / relaxed atmosphere.

As a girl who has never done martial arts or any intense sports in my life, I felt pretty intimidated starting out with Muay Thai. I also didn't have any interest in a place where guys try to out-macho each other. Arcana is definitely not that. You push yourself to your own limit. But you're always reminded that you're here to sweat and improve yourself.
I joined Arcana three years ago for the Muay Thai program. The light-hearted owner, Jamie, presides over a friendly training environment while making everyone feel most welcomed to enjoy learning an effective martial art. It's a great place to train!
