Best pediatrician ever. Always fits us in if we need to be seen and takes our calls on his private number, has faxed a prescription for an ear infection in on Thanksgiving and then saw her after the holiday so we didnt have to go to cheo he even stayed late to look at our daughters rash because he was fully booked during regular hours.
Best of the best !!!!! I love how he gave his cell phone number to contact him for anything of concern. Im always travelling to toronto ..its so easy to reach him. He is very caring and understanding!!!
Dr. Lapner is a pediatrition like no other. I genuinely have utmost respect for him. His care and commitment to his patients are traits that are truly rare. He is considerate and respectful. He was my pediatrition for 18 years, and now he’s my daughters’ pediatrition. With every visit, he never fails to find all necessary measures to help keep them healthy or help them heal from whatever they’re going through. He answers my texts and phone calls on his private phone and goes out of his way for his patients. He never says no to seeing a patient, he’ll find a way to squeeze them into his tight schedule, and the secretary team he has is ever so helpful with that. God bless!
Hands down the best pediatrician in Ottawa, my favorite part of having him as my children's pedi is that he provides his cell number and will text/email/call you directly to avoid unnecessary visits. He is also pro breastfeeding and always knows the most up-to-date information for babies and their care. Now a days it's hard to find a doctor that support my "scrunchy" ways, but he is always in such full support.
