Both times they went above and beyond to fix the issue and offer very solid customer service. -

(April 9, 2022, 1:12 pm)Brought my Rav4 in with loud noise coming from backend fearing the worst (transfer case or transmission)? Mani was very professional and explained to me carefully the process of elimination to identify the problem. Both he and his mechanics identified the issue (driveshaft and bearings) fixed the problem within a 24 hour period. Car is now running like a dream again! Very professional and competent group of guys. Would not hesitate a second to go back or recommend Ontario Transmission to anyone who requires big tickets items fixed on your car!

Never had any issues and the price is always fair. I have to drive an hour away but it's worth it. Thank you "Manny" and keep up the good work.

(May 31, 2021, 3:03 pm)Ontario Transmission came recommended by another mechanic (who does not work on transmissions). There were some challenges in getting parts for the transmission in my car, but in the end Manny found a solution and got the job done. Super happy with the result, and the pricing was fair too.
