(December 11, 2021, 2:52 pm)There are roaches here, yes, but they are dealt with swiftly and treatments are upkept. Obviously we don't like them, but renting in Vanier for a low enough cost..it's pretty much to be expected.
Cleanliness is #1 in keeping them away. So far, no bedbugs..no other pests. Superintendents are very nice, and swift to help you with any issues. Same with home office. I personally wouldn't want to move from here anytime soon, it's relatively safe and quiet. I hope in the future, cleaner tenants come to occupy some of the other units, but for now, I've been able to keep the bug situation at bay with regular garbage removal, cleaning etc.
Over-all, I don't regret moving here and I would recommend the buildings to anyone with the knowledge that yes, perhaps you will encounter some bugs at some point.. -

(August 12, 2019, 1:33 pm)An excellent and safe place to live. Centralized location with easy access to public transport and a variety of grocery stores & restaurants nearby. Everyone from the Rental Office and the Maintenance team are very friendly, accommodating, understanding and transparent. We are so happy that we chose Eastwood Park - Thank you Kathleen & Team!

(June 7, 2017, 1:51 pm)i got somewhat upset about the thermostat for the whole building is in the boiler room; how it's controlled by the landlord(s). but they explained it beforehand which is alright.
Amy is great though, very friendly whenever i go to the Rental Office, always willing to help with anything.
good touch on the renovations.
i was surprised (in a good way) about the criminal record check while applying for an apartment.. "rent with confidence!" is right.
