(February 8, 2023, 5:17 pm)Kyla did an amazing job with a damaged letter I wanted to be fixed. I emailed, called, and reached out to a lot of people across North America just for this. Kyla was prompt to reply, had a “can do” attitude and said she could help after looking at pictures of the letter that needed repair. A lot of people wanted to charge me a significant amount of money just to lay their eyes on the letter. Kyla gave me a quote which I found reasonable and sent the letter from the US to Canada. She gave me a timeline and stuck to it. I did not think that the letter could be completely salvaged but Kyla did it and her work is pristine. She is friendly in her communications, professional and the result was beyond my expectation. Thank you!

Kyla explained the process, and kept me updated on the progress every step of the way. On completion, she provided a detailed report, with before and after images. I was nervous about having the poster shipped overseas, but Kyla ensured it was wrapped and packaged properly for shipping. I highly recommend the expert work of Ubbink Book and Paper Conservation for professional restauration services.

Ubbink Books and Paper Conservation provided a new leather hard cover for it that looks truly fantastic. Kyla helped me through the process of picking appropriate colours, fonts, options for the spine and styling. The results surpassed my expectations and were delivered ahead of schedule. Highly recommend.

I could have bought another copy for less money, but the inscription my dad wrote makes it priceless to me now that he'spassed. Kyla understood how much the book meant to me, took time to listen, made great suggestions, took great care of my book and now it's an heirloom that will be passed down for generations.
