You hear horror stories about builders that cut corners and don’t follow through on their promises but HN couldn’t have been more different. Their attention to detail is unparalleled and they treat your home as if it’s their home. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I'm a Real Estate Broker with the REPS Brokerage who was working with an investor and after researching every developer in the city, we concluded that HN Homes had the best offering i.e. size, finishes at the best prices.
Their commission fee with our brokerage was very fair and they were happy to co-broke with our brokerage.
What I was most impressed with was their customer service after we had purchased the homes. We were set up with their in-house coordinator Julie who was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped coordinate all of our appointments with their designer Leonard (amazing), their kitchen and bath team at Deslaurier who made choosing colors, cabinets and finishes so easy and enjoyable!
We are still in regular communication and are extremely excited to see the 5 homes we purchased as is our buyer.
I would highly recommend HN Homes if you are looking to purchase a new home!
I can't say enough good things about my experience working with the entire staff at HN Homes.

This is our 4 th home from local builders, including a custom build in our opinion HN far exceeds all others experiences...the designs flow well and maximizes square footage. What you see is what you get, no surprises and a quality product !

(January 10, 2019, 8:55 pm)I closed my home in Riverside South through HN in July 2018. From start to finish HN has been absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail during inspection, the finishing in the house, and all the contractors they use for hardwood, carpeting, cabinets, and counters are very impressive. I have only positive things to say about HN and I highly recommend purchasing through them.
