With Ottawa Floor Installers (OFI) who completed this weekend the installation of our main level and stairs in our home with TORLYS EVEREST VINYL (GREY) FLOORS, we cannot thank them enough. This has been a major part of our renovations for many months.
Rick and Trevor, the OFI owners, are dedicated, professional entrepreneurs who aim to please. They work endlessly and diligently with expertise, not only with installations, but troubleshooting the complexities that may arise with installations in new and older homes.
For example, both Rick and Trevor were faced with complex challenges with our floors that needed major repairs, patching and leveling before they could install our floors. This is the type of work that can only be done by professional installers and not with DIY kits!
What my husband and I appreciated even more, were the courteous manners of these two tradesmen who, regardless of any complications, always had pleasant attitudes.
