(May 17, 2022, 2:49 am)I feel this location is caught in a weird position that ultimately makes for a less than ideal experience the last few times I have gone. They are not busy enough to have additional staff on during peak periods, but the single person there (working incredibly hard mind you) has to split their time between doing in person orders and delivery service orders. Each time I had to wait while multiple Uber/Skip the Dishes orders were made, a person in the store would order, more pick up orders were made, then to the next person. One time I just went and sat outside for 20 minutes until they were ready to take my order.
Again, it's not entirely their fault and the food is fairly good and the staff is always pleasant and apologetic, but does take away from the experience. Oh, and I do miss the signature burritos and bowls.
