Today, getting this kind of help and knowledge is a treasure. So happy there are still people and businesses who care about the service they offer.

(March 1, 2022, 7:13 pm)What a lovely experience here. Stopped in out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised by the grace, kindness, and courtesy of staff. Nicholas was extremely informative and well-versed as his knowledge was vast in regards to bonsais. Taking the time to explain all of the different varieties, care instruction and store offerings, I would highly recommend anybody in search of bonsai‘s to make this their first stop shop. Will no doubt be a returning customer.

(October 15, 2021, 1:42 pm)I purchased a Classic Juniper Bonsai for my Fiancée for our Anniversary and it arrived yesterday, Bonsai Ottawa's Customer Service is top notch and timely. The product received is beautifully arranged and in excellent condition and appears to be very healthy and well taken care of prior to delivery. I have included a few photos for reference here. I would highly recommend this small local business, they are friendly and very well operated. I will be happy to support this local business again in the future. Thank You for making our Anniversary a very special one for my Fiancée!
