(September 19, 2022, 7:11 pm)We contacted Paul in November 2020 to discuss renovating the kitchen in our 1933 semi-detached house, and to help stop some air leakage from the original wood windows. Paul was very responsive and worked with us to ensure the design of the kitchen reflected our ideas and tastes, gently sharing his expertise and pushing back when necessary. The kitchen renovation was completed in spring 2022 after various pandemic delays. Paul walked us through the process, updating us daily with the work to be completed that day, and ensuring the decisions we were making were what we wanted. His attention to detail was impressive. Paul and Adam were always prompt and left the site clean and tidy at the end of the day. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

We had water damage on three floors of our 100 year old home, and Paul and Adam restored our home to perfection. They are punctual, always delivering on time. Their expertise and advice is unparalleled. I could go on and on about their skills and dedication. They are the best!

It is so difficult to find good contractors, that when you find one, you never let them go. Paul is meticulous, precise, honest, and talented. I can't tell you how rare that constellation of qualities is in the business.
He brings in the right talent, uses the right products, doesn't overbill, and has always delivered on time and with above and beyond collaboration and communication.
I genuinely cannot understate my sincere thanks to Paul and his team for the excellent work they've done (and are continuing to do) for me. As long as he's working, I can't imagine ever having a different contractor in again -

(October 3, 2021, 7:14 pm)Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with during a major renovation of our kitchen and bathrooms. I really appreciated dealing with Paul due to his extensive knowledge of design/aesthetics in addition to the incredible body of knowledge and hands-on experience in construction. I truly believe this is why our project and work was so successful. I should also mention that Paul was one of the few people in the industry who really understands older homes, older spaces, and doing more with less. My wife and I love the size and scale of our original home and really wanted to work with someone who understands this and doesn't always think extending and building bigger spaces is the solution for everything.
Even several years after the work has completed, Paul has kept in touch with us and the quality of workmanship and timelessness of the overall design speaks for itself! I certainly endorse and recommend the work of Denys Builds Designs for any type of renovation, big or small.
