(November 25, 2022, 4:53 am)My husband and I moved into this building last year. I can definitely say that living here has been pretty good. The building is undergoing some renovations which turn out to be great! The new carpets in the hallway and newly painted doors look classy! Our unit has brand new appliances. The location of this building is always a plus. Meilan and the management have been very helpful in regards to our maintenance requests.

Meilan Sai was my leasing agent and she really helped me with everything. She was so good with everything and even today, if I have any issues she's always there to guide me and help me with anything and everything. I would definitely recommend this building for students and working professionals! -

Meilan helped me throughout the application process, and has done amazing work to help me in any little issue I've had! She always has a smile on her face and is happy to help, no matter how busy she is! Joe, has helped to fix any problems I have had in the apartment, always finds a solution and always has a ray of positivity to him!
I am so happy with all of the renovations happening, as it makes. the building look so much more modern and elegant. Yes, the renovation noise can be annoying, but there is nothing that can be done. The renovations have been done according to all ByLaw regulations and laws, and I couldn't imagine it being done better!
Kudos to the management team here! You guys get a lot of negativity for no reason, you're doing a great job! -

She responds immediately and makes sure that everything is done on time. She is busy but is always welcoming. Thank you for taking care of tenants!
