Talk about going above and beyond! Tech Glenn saved us from freezing when our furnace was blowing only lukewarm air. He was friendly and reliable and fixed the problem in 35 minutes flat! Amazing! Thanks Glenn.
I called Glenn after speaking to several other people about getting assistance with our a/c. He was able to come the next day and found the issue incredibly fast! Excellent on all counts! We've been with Bill and Glenn since 2011; they have installed furnaces, boilers, hot water tanks and A/Cs at our properties. Their recommendations always take into account quality of merchandise, the right equipment for the requirements of the house, and affordability. If they have a rebate on equipment, they pass it on to the client. Very reliable followup service, especially during emergencies (where Glenn suggests the best recourse and the work gets done as quickly as possible). Reasonable price for excellent service.
These guys are great!. I have dealt with Glenn to install gas for our kitchen stove and BBQ. He is always cheery, even after getting a tooth pulled. I called him to ask about some purchase questions. He got back to me within 10 minutes. And he said "I can't touch the price you are buying your pool heater for", so buy it and have us install it. I just called to have it installed and once again, all done, with some chit chat, in 10 minutes and they are doing it this Friday. This company is all about service. Something some of the other companies I contacted don't seem to get. A response to 2 emails and a phone call would have been nice!! Good on ya Glen and company!
