A fantastic place to live. The area is close to everything that you need, especially if you are attending Algonquin College. It is also very close to Baseline station which can get you anywhere. As for the apartment itself I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The interior is always kept clean and up to date. There is most always someone there to help if you require and the management and staff really know their stuff while being extremely hospitable and understanding. I highly recommend the maples to anyone looking for a place.
Lived here recently and it was an awesome spot. Loved all the greenery around. Clean, spacious, well managed = recommended!
This was my first apartment in Ottawa and I loved it! I had to move for work, but The Maples Apartments were perfect for me! As a young woman, I especially liked the 24hr onsite security. It was quite close to most amenities (which was great because I didn't have a car), and I liked having onsite laundry facilities. Overall, this place was clean, spacious, professionally managed, and affordable. I would recommend living here!
