(April 12, 2021, 2:30 pm)I was initially told that another luthier in town was the guy to go to, but I found Mckay Guitars after a bit of searching. I bought this boat of a guitar that needed some all-around work (Neck, Frets, Bridge, Pickups, Setup, etc...). Jeff was available right away, yet his turnaround was also quick (Yes!), and the work has been just perfect. I've since been back and plan on bringing the rest of my guitars and basses in when the doctor is due. Cheers!

100% will go back when I need work done on one of my guitars.
Probably will look into having him build an archtop in the futur! -

(May 23, 2020, 1:01 am)I had a cracked head stock on my Les Paul fixed by Jeff recently. I was blown away by the quality of the repair. It looks completely flawless, as if it was brand new. He was transparent about every step of the process, and extremely responsive. Can't recommend him enough.
