Working with Trevor and his team on my house purchase and sale is the best decision I’ve made, and if you’re looking to buy or sell, you should give him a call! He acted as a valued advisor and guide throughout the process, and took all of the pressure off of me. He listened and understood my (often complex) needs, and was creative in suggesting options that lead to a tremendously successful sale and purchase of my new home. I’m so thankful to have had someone with his knowledge and experience on my side. Professional capabilities aside, he’s also gracious, friendly, and good humoured - important qualities when working with someone who played such and important part in this significant life event - at least for me. Going forward, any family and friends that are considering a house sale or purchase, I’ll be sending them to Mayhew Property Group!

He make sure we understood the whole process and answer all our questions. He guide us on selling our house and buying another and it was a very easy and smooth process. We are happy with the outcome he expertise help us to sell our home the same day it went out on market.
Overall very good experience and we are grateful we found him and were able to work with him. -

(June 11, 2022, 6:45 pm)We are elderly and were stressed out by the prospect of downsizing, and moving into an apartment. We chose Trevor because he assured us he would help us address all our downsizing/moving concerns. He answered all our questions promptly and patiently. The the first day on the market saw six showings and four offers all substantially above our asking price by (10 % to 20%). We accepted a conditional offer, dependent on an inspection and cancelled the ten or more showings scheduled for the next couple of days. All went well and we had a check in our hands two weeks later.
