I had just had a car accident where my car ended up in the ditch when Samir drove by in the tow truck and stopped right away to help. In such a scary time for me, I was so grateful to have him stop and be so helpful and kind. I really do not know what I would have done if he didn't stop!
When I went to the shop later on to get the rest of the stuff out of my car, the office staff were so helpful, funny and professional.
Very happy with the services, communication and professionalism. -

(November 4, 2022, 9:13 am)Probably the most scared I have ever ever been in my entire life, then I hit a hydro pole at 1am in the middle of nowhere. Mayday towing was on the scene in a matter of minutes. I can not express my gratitude for Samir. He went above and beyond. I didn't know I needed a tow guy. Well now I can guarantee a good one, everytime, within minutes at a fantastic price!
You have definitely gained a new loyal customer out of me!
