I booked in the morning today for 4:00, when I got there I was warmly welcomed and sat there only 2 minute and one of staff I think her name was Elizabeth did my blood work , I was out at 4:15. Their center was super clean , I used washroom and it was shiny . I am happy I drove from Kanata to this place . I will come here again.

(August 29, 2022, 1:28 am)I've been a few times, and liked the place. The waiting room is small and the patients are moved through at an adequate pace. The staff is efficient and friendly enough for me. Those who had appointments seemed to be being taken on time.
I would have given 5 stars except I've lost a lot of weight and my sit bones are too close the the very hard seats in the waiting room chairs, so I squirm while I wait. I'm bringing my own cushion next time I go!
I can't understand all the bad reviews - they do not at all represent the Life Lab I know. -

(July 7, 2022, 5:28 pm)Clean, well-lit space. Free parking available. I made an appointment online, when I arrived I was seated immediately. Mask use is thankfully mandatory, and all staff wore masks. Friendly staff and the woman taking my blood samples was very skilled, better than most of my previous experiences for sure. A+
