In my decades of experience in High Tech, is for the most part is rare.
I can't comment to much since I wasn't there when everything happened.
During an interview it is important to understand the Culture and the people you will work with during the interview. The best Companies I have worked at. Are the ones where the Developers and the and Manager enjoyed working together.
There is an expression that says that people don't leave a Company, they leave a Manager.
When I apply for a position, I first determine that I feel passionate about the Technology and I have a great time during the Interview.
So anyone that is thinking about applying for a position at Knak. Give them a chance hopefully you will get an interview and just maybe they will hire you.
Every Company I worked over the years, I had some fond memories. -

Their creative marketing solutions are top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any organization searching for easy to use innovative email campaign and landing page software. A great company to work with.
