I bonded with him within the first five minutes of his appraisal. He made me feel that my property was his personal property and not just another MLS listing number.
Jeraud made suggestions to improve my curb appeal and other areas of my home. We shared a mutual excitement about my listing that I didn’t feel with the other agents. I would highly recommend Jeraud when you are both listing and buying a home. -
