(November 22, 2022, 3:14 am)Neil was great completing an inspection for our home. We just moved in so he did our 30 day inspection. He was very thorough, courteous, gave us good tips regarding our home maintenance and answered all of our questions. We also received our inspection report the next day with the Tarion form filled out for us. We never thought to get an inspector for a new build but this was very worth it and good value for money.

He was able to provide us with very fast, helpful, and invaluable informal advice that was exceptionally useful. We have also used his services for a formal home inspection in the past, and found that he was extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him!

He inspected our house like his own… was amazed at his patience, dedication, knowledge and professionalism! Hire him without a doubt. The only downside? You wouldn’t like anyone else ever after! Absolutely satisfied with Niel, his effort to check every nook and corner of the home, his patience to answer any questions and explain everything in detail. He is never in a rush and takes all the time to inspect every element in and out of the house.
Thank you Niel for the service and I will recommend you at any point to any new home buyers without a second thought.
