The units arrived well protected in an original EU shipping package. The windows are made of soft-touch vinyl with metal inside, so far superior to Canadian products with features and performance not even available in Toronto - at a better price! My clients and I are completely impressed and satisfied with all of the windows and doors including the quality, performance, ease of use and architectural beauty.

He was able to explain everything that I could possibly want to know about windows, and drafts and condensation... we replaced half of our 20 year old windows with him, and already notice a huge difference in the cooling of the rooms. Can't wait to see how our winter gas bill will be reduced by these high efficiency triple glass ultra modern windows!
