(August 29, 2022, 8:05 pm)Our go to for anyhting relating to our garage doors. We have had multiple garages installed over the years and do not hesitate to recommend Al Parsons. In recent years we have been relying on them more for maintenance and repairs. Over winter we had 'someone' drive through one of our garage doors. Rob from Parsons was able to stabilize the door and get it working well enough to get through to when a replacement panel arrived. Unfortunately due to the pandemic there were delays, but they came back to further reinforce the door to help it go the distance. After the backordered parts arrived they were promptly replaced and we are back up and running.
Great service and high quality. 100% recommended. -

Very responsive to phone calls and convenient scheduling. Excellent follow through after installation and any minor concerns were immediately attended to.
Would not hesitate to use their services and products again. Highly recommended! -

(November 27, 2021, 12:24 pm)I needed repairs to my Garage door and could do them myself. The staff were excellent and provided the parts tailor made for my situation. Other places I contacted were more interested in selling a new door or making a major repair. My new spring and cables are working better than new. Great honest, responsive, local family business. I totally understand why they have been in business for so many years. thanks for the UP lifting experience and support.

(April 26, 2021, 4:31 pm)The steel cable broke on my garage door last night and I had no way to get into my garage. I filed out the on-line request for service and by 10:30 am this morning Jay from Parsons arrived at my home. Within 45 minutes he was able to get the door opened and had all necessary parts in his truck for a complete repair. Needless to say I am delighted with the service and the professionalism of Jason who did the repairs. Thank you so much.
