Riverton Apartments

Very pleasant experience with Riverton Park team.
We are tenant in this building and we move in during the pandemic. Manager was very helpful with us and totally understand our situation. They are realy kind and easy going to us. Besides that the building is so quiet and neat without any smell of smoke or something else.
It was the best experience ever.

Looking for a place to stay during the pandemic can be challenging. However, the team at Riverton Park make it easy. This building has friendly, accommodating staff that really make you feel welcome. The one bedroom apartment is a perfect size and I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the building. Outside of affordability, I was most impressed by the location. You are right on the Ottawa River and within walking distance of downtown Ottawa. It’s perfect for anyone that likes nature and is a great location for cyclists. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re renting over distance like I did and want to find a good and reliable apartment during the pandemic, check out this fantastic building!

This is by far the best place I've ever lived. Clean and quiet. The frame of the place is made of concrete which is best for sound dampening. If you are on the south side of the building, you get a nice sunny view of Ottawa at sunrise and sunset. If you live on the north side, you get a fantastic view of the Ottawa River and the Gatineau Hills. If you want a nice quiet place to live your life, it would be hard to find a better place than the Riverton Apartments in Ottawa.

Moving provinces during COVID-19 is stressful for anyone, but the team at Riverton made it really easy and stress free. They were available for virtual showings, emails and phone calls to answer my questions and help make move in stress free. There was even a little welcome gift waiting for me! The apartment is bright, clean and quiet which is great considering it is located in a busy, trendy neighbourhood. There's lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but also wonderful trails for running/walking, and a park at the back of the building for dogs. This is a great pet friendly building, with a fabulous location. It's clean, well maintained, and has great amenities. I absolutely recommend it!

I recommend the Riverton Park for the following reasons:
1. Friendly and helpful staff - my requests are always responded timely and professionally. The superintendents are also very good at what they do. I am impressed by how fast they act on my requests every time.

2. Clean and tidy environment - they do a very great job in keeping their property clean & tidy, and also festive when it is a festive season, which brings joys and warmth when you step into the building, especially for someone who may not want to buy a Christmas tree for Christmas for example, then you can fully enjoy the Christmas atmosphere they the property's decorations

3. Events and Community - they organize different events and campaigns regularly to engage their tenants to make us feel like a community and being heard

4. The location &View - it is very nicely located no matter you need to grab a bite to eat or take a walk, they are all right in front of your building. The view from the balcony makes you feel that you are living in a luxury place especially when it is the summer or fall season

Overall, I recommend this property to be your home to enjoy your life here, and I would like to thank a big thank you to all the staff working so hard to build this community for us. Thank you!☺️
