Nicole knew finding buyers to maintain and preserve the integrity of our house was paramount to us. Nicole is a wonderful agent to work with, and we recommend her to anyone in the Ottawa area. She took the time to listen to us, understand our needs and requirements and also get an appreciation for our budget. On top of that she used this information, combined with her knowledge, understanding and experience in the Ottawa real estate market to find us a great property that checked off all of the boxes. Furthermore, we truly appreciated the counsel and advice she gave us to ensure we ended up not getting into excessive bidding wars or over-paying for the property we ultimately ended up purchasing.
