I am in my 60's and Blair's laser focused attention to correct form and keeping me injury free does not go unnoticed. Blair has a motivating approach that ensures every workout is a great workout. Respectful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Blair as your personal trainer.

The workout experience is fantastic, friendly, enjoyable and the 30 minutes goes by quickly. I have had nothing but good experiences and definitely recommend to my friends and family.
