Rafael came out to the house the same day I called him to prepare a quote which I had within 24 hours. My decision to select Omega Caulking for the job was made very easy by Rafael's professionalism and aim to delight his customers. The job was completed as expected within budget and on time, in spite of weather conditions, and Rafael went above and beyond my expectations in terms of workmanship and pro-activeness to address items that we had not anticipated. He arrived on time and had competitive pricing. Rafael's professionalism, personality and workmanship earned him additional caulking work on the interior and on a third occasion, some interior painting work. We have always been very pleased with Rafael's level of service, concern for our satisfaction and fair prices. I won't get in to it here, but one time Rafael arrived at our house to work with breakfast for us, when did that happen to you last?
