It was easy to place blame on old age and entitlement, especially during this pandemic.
Elaine’s program is gently steering me back to healthier habits starting with ME through various daily reminders to exercise, breathing techniques and to focus on a better regimen of foods.
At the end of the program of “Finding your Zen” I feel more of a sense of “entitled to me” care than before. The “Recap of Sessions” is a valuable tool to refer to and helps one keep on track.
I like Elaine’s approach, gentle but firm, and appreciate her care; I am already seeing results of the lasting kind, with more on the way, I’m sure. -

I hate needles! but Elaine's meridian points technique helped calm my body and mind. I was much more composed when I got the shot it went great. Thanks Elaine!
